| National Training Center, Ft Irwin, CA |

Our foundation took up the project of building a Family Wellness Center in the heart of base housing. The center provides multiple computers with internet access, web cameras along with live chat, so families could have access
to their loved ones while deployed. The center also has |
areas next to these stations so small children could play safely and in view of parents. We also provide gym equipment, video games, televisions and furniture. |

Walter Reed Army Medical Center, Washington DC
At Walter Reed, our foundation was asked to assist in the redesigning of areas within the hospital that were specially designed areas for family members to rest while wounded warriors were in surgery. These included Family Waiting Areas, while wounded servicemen and women underwent surgery for wounds received in combat. With such a high level of stress in these areas, our focus was on design and comfort as well as computer stations for loved ones to contact those who could not be present. As well, we provided a significant amount of items for the Teen Room, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder Clinic Waiting Area, and the Surgical Nurses Area. |

 |
Members of the USMC’s 1st Marine Special Operations Battalion are some of the most heavily deployed personnel in the Marine Corps. With such a critical mission and highly trained personnel, our Foundation saw the need to further assist the units Family Readiness Program by creating a location for MSOB spouses and families to use during these demanding deployments and train ups.

Expected to begin in January 2009 and completed in Spring 2009, this project is set to be our best yet. Foundation personnel participating from both the east coast and west, hands on coordination with the Family Readiness Coordinator and a desire for perfection, the military families of the 1st MSOB will have the support they truly need. |
